Journey to the Christian Heart Through Journaling
Journey to the Christian Heart…in 5 Simple Steps
Meditate, Contemplate, Activate, Liberate, Celebrate!
Diane C. Doyle has combined her years of journaling experience and knowledge of the Christian faith to develop a program designed for those who have lost the connection between their spiritual and everyday lives. Her simple 5-step program based on her book, How to Journal for Hope and Happiness will turn a dry, dull prayer time into one where scripture springs to life, and participants are moved to action – and change.
Workshop Description
Diane will introduce thought-provoking journaling tools combining sketching (creative, right-brain) and writing (logical, left-brain). This will jump-start prayer time, engage the heart and mind, and support participants to rediscover their faith with more depth and impact.
